   The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chair Jarret Phillips.

   Present: Jarret Phillips, Matt Yount, Danny Eder, Chief Doonan and Jerold Blain.

3. Appoint Board Member

   Appointment of Jerold Blain new commissioner

   Vice-Chair Matt Yount motioned to approve. Commissioner Dan Eder seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
