    The meeting was called to order at 12:31 pm by President Marc Davidian.

    M/S/C (Rossen/Descalzi 5 ayes) to approve Resolution No. 2025-04 establishing a property tax appropriations limit of $3,066,284 for fiscal year 2025-26.
