1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Iva Walton.

      Present: Mayor Iva Walton, Vice-Mayor David Kent, Councilmember Pamela Bulahan, Councilmember Aleida Suarez, Councilmember Cara Pellegrini

      
      
2. Public Comments

   Don Cain provided a public comment.

3. Closed Session

   1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) or (3)- 1 case

      Mayor Walton refused to leave Council chambers after being asked to recuse herself due to a conflict. After a brief recess requested by counsel, Mayor Walton agreed to leave the room.
