1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Mayor David Kent.

2. Public Comments

   Several residents made public comment unrelated to agenda.

3. Financial Update

   City attorney Sean Cameron presented disincorporation and bankruptcy options and requirements. Staff, including Interim City Manger, Jon Kennedy and Finance Director, Jessica Bigby, assisted in the presentation. The council and members of the public discussed options and alternatives.
