1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by City Manager Ryan Bonk.

2. 132 E. Sierra Avenue Lot Line Adjustment  

   The Notice of Determination No. 25-01 was approved with amendments to the Notice of Determination (Exhibit C). The amendment adds stipulations for a concrete pad, retaining wall for the fuel storage tanks, and addresses the need for screening. The amendment also includes additions of reciprocal parking and access easements.

   Anthony Kelsoe, Manpreet Singh Kahlon, and Sanjeev Kumar were present to answer and ask questions of the planning commission.  

   City Manager Ryan Bonk motioned to approve. seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
     1   In Favor         Opposed
        Abstained         Absent         Recused

   The meeting adjourned at 10:13 AM.
