The Board reserves the right to address items out of order as they are listed on the Agenda. 

Any person desiring to address the Board on any item on the agenda may do so during public comment period for that agenda item.

Pursuant to the Brown Act, the District cannot discuss or take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda but may add to a future agenda matters brought up under public comments for appropriate action at a future meeting

    The Board will conduct a public hearing on proposed usage and base rates. Rates will be adopted if a majority protest is not found.

      The Board will conduct a public hearing on the proposed standby rate increase. Notices for this increase and public hearing were mailed out on September 28, 2023. Ballots submitted, either in favor or opposed, will be counted at this time. Rate increase to be adopted if the vote allows for it.
