   The meeting was called to order at 9:05 am by Vice-President Kathryn Roberts.

3. Oath of Office for Appointed Directors    

   The Oath of Office was recited by Director Stephen Tange and Director Betsy Oltmann.

4. Election of District Officers

   Kathryn Roberts was nominated for Board President. Nomination was accepted. Kathryn Roberts nominated Stephen Tange for Vice President, nomination was accepted, all in favor

   Director Stephen Tange motioned to approve. Director Betsy Oltmann seconded the motion.
