   The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am by President Kathryn Roberts.

3. Appointment of Directors

   A motion was made to appoint Lori Tange and Peter Christoffersen to the Board of Directors. After the appointment, both new Directors recited the oath of office.

   Vice President Stephen Tange motioned to approve. Director Betsy Oltmann seconded the motion.
