   No public comments.

3.  Well 3P2 expenditures for re-work. 

   Motion to approve expenditure to increase funding from 14k to 35k on Well 3. 

   Vice President Stephen Tange motioned to approve. Director Lori Tange seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:

        Abstained      2   Absent         Recused
