    The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by City Member - Chair Jim Murphy.

      Present: City Member - Chair Jim Murphy, City Member Bill Powers, Public Member Matthew Haesche, City Member Alternate Pat Morton, County Member Alternate Jeff Engel

      Absent: County Member - Vice Chair Kevin Goss, County Member Tom McGowan, Public Member Alternate Phil Oels

      Staff Present: Cheryl Kolb present, Jennifer Stephenson called in on Zoom.

  3. Public Hearing to Consider Annexation of Eastern Plumas Rural Fire Protection District territory by Beckwourth Peak Fire Protection District and Dissolution of Eastern Plumas Rural Fire Protection District

    1. Receive Staff Reports and Presentations.

    2. Conduct public hearing and consider adoption of the Sphere of Influence Update in Resolution 2024-0006.

      No public comment.

      City Member Bill Powers motioned to approve. Public Member Matthew Haesche seconded the motion.
