Public Hearing to Consider Annexation of Chester Public Utility District territory by Peninsula Fire Protection District and Divestiture of fire and EMS by Chester Public Utility District

2. Conduct public hearing and consider adoption of the Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence Update in Resolution 2024-0005.
  
  During public comment Dave Gibson asked for introductions from the Commission.
