   The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by City Member - Chair Jim Murphy.

   None.

3. Consent Agenda

   1. Approval of Minutes for October 21, 2024, November 21, 2024, and December 27, 2024.

   2. Payment of Claims for October, November, and December 2024 and January 2025

   City Member Bill Powers motioned to approve. County Member - Vice Chair Kevin Goss seconded the motion.

5. File 2024-0003: Peninsula FPD Annexation of Chester PUD Protest Hearing Results

   1. Receive and certify results of protest hearing for File 2024-0003.

      One protest received via mail, which does not meet the threshold to call a vote or stop the application process.

      County Member - Vice Chair Kevin Goss motioned to approve. Public Member Matthew Haesche seconded the motion.

6. Appointment of Budget Committee for FY 25-26

   1. Appoint 2 Commissioners to Ad Hoc Committee

      Kevin Goss and Bill Powers to serve on Budget Committee for FY 25-26.

      County Member - Vice Chair Kevin Goss motioned to approve. City Member Bill Powers seconded the motion.
      
      The motion passed with the following vote:

7. Appoint Master Tax Sharing Ad Hoc Committee

   1. Appoint 2 Commissioners to Ad Hoc Committee

      Kevin Goss and Bill Powers willing to serve on Ad Hoc Committee.

8. Approval of Regular Meeting Schedule for 2025

   Meetings scheduled for April 14th, June 9th, August 11th, October 20th and December 8th.

   County Member - Vice Chair Kevin Goss motioned to approve. City Member Bill Powers seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
