6. Executive Officer Report

   1. Form 700 Due April 1 to County Elections

   2. CALAFCO Update

      CALAFCo Conference will be in San Diego October 22-24.

      MSR work plan includes Crescent Mills FPD/IVCSD, county-wide fire MSR and Plumas Eureka CSD.

      Rumors of a potential incorporation in the Lake Almanor area.  Estimated timeframe is upwards of 3 years.
