   The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by County Member - Chair Kevin Goss.

      Absent: County Member Alternate Jeff Engel, Public Member Alternate Phil Oels

      Staff Present: Cheryl Kolb.  Jennifer Stephenson and Melat Assefa appeared via Zoom.

      
      
2. Public Comments

   Dan Kearns provided comments regarding Indian Valley CSD.

3. Public Hearing to Consider Initiation of Consolidation of Indian Valley Community Services District and Crescent Mills Fire Protection District

   1. Receive Staff Report and Presentation.

   2. Conduct public hearing and consider adoption of the MSR in Resolution 2024-0003.

      Comments provided by Dan Kearns, Rob Hawkins, Marcy DeMartile, Bob Orange, and Adam Cox.

   3. Conduct public hearing and consider LAFCO initiation of consolidation of IVCSD and CMFPD in Resolution 2024-0004.

      County Member Tom McGowan motioned to approve. Public Member Matthew Haesche seconded the motion.
