The chairperson or presiding officer shall have the exclusive authority to recognize speakers from the public during the point of discussion and before action is taken for each agenda item within the agenda. Although there is no time limit, comments are respectfully requested to be within 3 minutes per speaker per agenda item.

New Billing Software for IVCSD

Staff believe IVCSD should look into new billing software as the reports and billing is not correct and office staff have worked with Continental Utility Solutions (CUSI) our current software numerus times with no results as to how to fix the issues that are continuously occurring. Inaccurate reports, bills not being recorded and printed correctly.
