The chairperson or presiding officer shall have the exclusive authority to recognize speakers from the public during the point of discussion and before action is taken for each agenda item within the agenda. Although there is no time limit, comments are respectfully requested to be within 3 minutes per speaker per agenda item.

    On or about November 2, 2024 PG&E power outage caused property damage and resulted in the Water pump at 127 Round Valley Rd, Greenville Ca failing and needing to be replaced. PG&E has acknowledged they are at fault.  

    • Mutual Aid agreement with Chester Public Utility District

      This Agreement would allow Chester Public Utility District to assist with issues that may arise where IVCSD staff need emergency help from extra staff or with equipment IVCSD does not have.

        Paradise Irrigation District has sent a sample of what and who (DRA, Inc) they have been using as a sample for IVCSD to look at.
