   The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Director Wanda Carpenter.

2. Authorization for Board Chair to Temporarily Assume General Manager Duties and Modify General Manager Authority

   1. Discussion and possible adoption of a resolution authorizing the Chairperson of the Board to implement all District policies and procedures and to assume the responsibilities currently assigned to the General Manager. The resolution also modifies the authority of the current General Manager, requiring Board approval for all decisions related to operations, policies, and financial expenditures until a new General Manager is appointed. Should this resolution be adopted, the Board may consider reviewing and updating applicable District policies, job descriptions, or procedures to ensure alignment with this temporary delegation of authority.

      Director Susan Doran motioned to approve. Director Andy Meyers seconded the motion.
