   The meeting was called to order at by Director Wanda Carpenter.

   1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) or (3)  - 1 case.

      Closed session Motioned by Director Kearns Seconded by Director Cherry at 8:04am.

      No reportable action.

   1. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – Public Employee Appointment

      All five Board members voted and approved to send offer letter with Pay rate starting at $25hr.

      Closed session ended at 8:47am Motion made by Director Doran seconded by Director Cherry.

      Director Susan Doran motioned to approve. Director Roger Cherry seconded the motion.
      
      The motion passed with the following vote:
        5   In Favor         Opposed
           Abstained         Absent         Recused
      
      
5. Lease Agreement For 127 Crescent St Unit #1 and #5 Greenville Ca, 95947

   All five Board members voted and approved to keep Unit #5 and #1 with correction to dates on lease for 6 months. Rate at $500 per unit. 

   Director Dan Kearns motioned to approve. Director Andy Meyers seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:
     5   In Favor         Opposed
        Abstained         Absent         Recused

   Adjourned at 8:54 by Director Doran and Seconded by Director Cherry.
