1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Kimberly Green.

   Director Raker arrived at 5:33pm

      Present: Stephen Graffweg, Kimberly Green, Stephen Voboril, Royce Raker

      Staff Present: Director Martinez was also present.  Staff 1.  Guests 0.

      
      
2. Closed Session
   1. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – Public Employee Appointment
      
      General Manager
3. Adjournment

   The board adjourned to Closed Session at 5:31pm and reconvened at 7:05pm.  

   Director Green reported out that it was discussion only and a Special Meeting with Closed Session interviews will need to be scheduled for April 3rd at 4:00pm, tentatively pending availability of all parties.

   The meeting was adjourned at 7:08pm.
