      Entered Closed session at 5:32pm
      

   2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) or (3)

      Reconvened from Closed at 6:54pm. Board gave direction to the Chair to persue investigation.

3. Adjournment

   Director Tharpe made a motion to Adjourn. Director Raker seconded. All ayes, Meeting adjourned at 6:57pm
