1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Kimberly Green.

      Present: Stephen Graffweg, Kimberly Green, Arthur Tharpe, Stephen Voboril

      Absent: Royce Raker

      
      
2. Resolution 2024-434: CalOES Emergency Assignment Pay

   GM Cox presented Resolution 2024-434 to the Board. It is a new template form OES to help with reimbursement based of MOU's and keeping everything in sync and pointing back to employee contracts.  Chief Sonsteng stated that this was not just our Department, but many other FD's as well.

   Stephen Graffweg motioned to approve. Arthur Tharpe seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:

3. New Board Policies: Series 3100,3200 and 3300.

   GM Cox opened discussion on the Policies and stated that MOU's always supersedes Policies.  Director Green asked if Seneca was qualified for drug testing., not just randomized testing. OM Johnson spoke up via phone and stated that we need to get Chain of Custody forms for that. Other small changes in formatting and punctuation were went over. Discussion on what Policies to review next and when. 3500,4100 & 4200 for possible review at the August or September meeting.

4. Closed Session
   1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) or (3) No Action
   2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(4)

      Board adjourned for Closed Session at 6:18 pm. Board reconvened from Closed at 7:01pm. Director Green reported information only, no action.

5. Adjournment

   Comments - Director Voboril stated that he was concerned about the Cross Connection. GM Cox spoke up and stated that we have not moved forward, just with the existing Backflow program. 

   Motion to Adjourn meeting by Director Voboril. Director Tharpe seconded. Meeting adjourned at 7:05pm.
