          • Resolution 2025-08: Approving theDepartment of Forestry and Fire Protection Agreement # 7FG25006Cooperative Fire Agreement Grant for the purchase of radio equipment and Structure PPE.  Approve corresponding Volunteer Capacity Grant Agreement.

            Commonly known as the Cal Fire 50-50 Grant, this program has consistently awarded Fire Districts in Plumas County for many years, including the Beckwourth Fire District.  The grant award requires a matching amount from the awarded District.  For this year, Cal Fire will match up to $19,965 for a total purchase of $39,930.  The Fire District purchases the approved items and provides proof to Cal Fire, which refunds an amount not to exceed $19,965.

            • Consideration of Grid Power Pole Installation for Wireless Internet- Chilcoot Fire Station. Proposal by Plumas Rural Electric Cooperative/Plumas Sierra Telecommunications.  Approve agreement.

              Continuation of agreement review regarding the installation of a pole to upgrade wireless internet for the Community.  The agreement has been approved by District Counsel and PREC/PST
