1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 10:30 pm by President Cary Curtis.
   
   
2. Public Comments

   No Public Comments

3. Budget Development Discussions- 2025-2026 Preliminary Budget 

   Reviewed draft Preliminary Budget and Updated Budget Book by Treasurer McLaughlin. Review of current budget- revenue and expenses. Reviewed Quickbooks payroll process and process for OES pay and revenue. Reviewed OES invoicing and invoices yet to be paid.  Reviewed three year income projections. Discussed possible increases to compensation schedule for some positions.  Reviewed additional insurance costs based on increased salaries, due to OES preposition and deployment.

4. Discussion of Financial Policies

   Draft policies tabled until Regular Board Meeting on April 2nd.

5. Set Next Meeting Date

   Next meeting to be determined.
