1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 3:05 pm by President Cary Curtis.

   No public comment was noted.

3. Approval of Policy 314- Procurement

   The Board discussed and approved updated Policy 314 highlighted in the staff report prepared by President Curtis.  The Board also reviewed a possible policy and resolution for consideration at a future meeting regarding compliance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. No action was taken on that.

   Treasurer Richard McLaughlin motioned to approve. President Cary Curtis seconded the motion.
