   The meeting was called to order at 2:32 pm by Vice President Larry Smith.

      Staff Present: Chief Rosevear, Chief Marty Senter USFS-Plumas National Forest Fire Chief.

3. Consideration of an Operational Agreement with the USFS Plumas National Forest (PNF) for mutual assistance and occupancy of the Grizzly Road Fire Station (BPFPD Station #4). Treasurer Richard McLaughlin motioned to approve. Director Melissa Klundby seconded the motion.
