1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 3:05 pm by President Richard McLaughlin.

3. Draft Budget Discussion

   Discussion ensued, staff to build additional org. chart and propose funding required.

4. District Insurance Update

   A recommendation for Insurance Producer was agreed upon, to be reported to whole board at 5/8/24 meeting.

5. Special Tax Ordinance Update 

   1. Special Tax Ordinance

      Draft ordinance was reviewed, discussion held on how best to provide constituents with waivers, in order to comply with County deadlines.

   2. Special Tax Variance Ordinance

      
      

6. Finance Policy

   Policies of Beckwourth Fire were reviewed.

7. Future Meetings

   Next Meeting to take place on May 29 at 4:00 PM.
