The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm by Vice Chair Austin Pratt.

Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Mireya Turner, Lake County Community Development Director
Presenter/s: Mireya Turner.
Public Comment: Betsy Cawn; Dale; and Kathy McGuigan.
Accept the update from Director Turner; recommend that Lucerne be removed from the shoreline communities planning area and added to the upper lake/nice planning area; and recommend that the commercial zoning on 12th and 14th avenue be converted back to residential zoning.
Recorder Atlas Pearson motioned to approve. Vice Chair Austin Pratt seconded the motion.

Harbor Dredging
Supervisor Crandell gave updates on upcoming timelines related to the Lucerne Harbor Dredging.

Crandell
Supervisor Crandell provided updates regarding Clash Against Trash (21 tons dumped at last event); Code Enforcement received Cal-Recycle grant which can assist in trash removal on Robinson Road; Community Oriented Police (COPTR) Program; updates re National Guard Armory property; County Capital Improvement Plan; Lucerne crosswalks.

Chair announced the CeRTH will add items to the next meeting agenda regarding cleanup of local parks, updates on the Foothill bridge, and storm drain issues on Laurel Del Drive.
