1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chair Becky Schwenger.

2. Consent Agenda

   1. Approval of Minutes from February 12, 2024 Meeting

   Recorder Atlas Pearson motioned to approve. Member Jon Karlsson seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:

3. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Scott Deleon Regarding the Road Paving Project

   Withdrawn. Presenter was unavailable, CeRTH will put on Agenda for April 8th. 

4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Hosting a Special Joint-Meeting with the Eastern Region Town Hall (ERTH) on April 9, 2024 Regarding the Shoreline Communities Area Plan Update 

   Approve hosting of a Joint Meeting with ERTH on April 9th, 2024, to receive information from the Community Development Department and Placeworks regarding the Shoreline Communities Area Plan thats being updated.

   Recorder Atlas Pearson motioned to approve. Vice Chair Austin Pratt seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:

5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding Potential Scheduling of a Future Date for Another Community Clean-Up Day in Lucerne

   Scheduled a tentative date of May 18th, 2024, for the next Community Clean-Up day in Lucerne; and set May 11th, 2024, as a backup date in the event that the 18th isn't possible.

   Vice Chair Austin Pratt motioned to approve. Member Jon Karlsson seconded the motion.
