1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm by Chair Becky Schwenger.

      Present: Chair Becky Schwenger, Vice Chair Austin Pratt, Recorder Atlas Pearson, Member Jon Karlsson, Member Priest Martinez

      
      
2. Consent Agenda

   1. Approval of Minutes from March 11, 2024 Meeting

   Member Jon Karlsson motioned to approve. Vice Chair Austin Pratt seconded the motion.
   
   The motion passed with the following vote:

3. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Scott Deleon Regarding the Road Paving Project

   Presenter/s: Scott Deleon.

   Public Comment: Charlie, Greg, and Marcello.

4. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Supervisor Crandell 

   Presenter/s: Supervisor Crandell. 

   Supervisor Crandell provided Updates/Information on the following topics: Confirmed the date of the next Community Clean Up Day/Free dump day in Lucerne as May 18, 2024; Update re upcoming formation of Local Area Plan Advisory Committees that will include a CeRTH Representative

5. Public Comments

   Public Comment: Charlie Behne.

   Charlie made comments regarding the need for Paramedic in Lucerne, noted that several Senior Center recently received two defibrillators and a number of Seniors were able to attend a CPR training.

6. Announcements

   Chair Schwenger announced that the North Shore Fire Board will be hosting a meeting at 2PM on Wednesday April 10th at Station 80 (7th Avenue)
