1. Call to Order
   The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm by Chair Becky Schwenger.

2. Consent Agenda

   1. Approval of April 8, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes

   2. Approval of April 9, 2024, Special Meeting Minutes

   Member Jon Karlsson motioned to approve. Vice Chair Austin Pratt seconded the motion.

3. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Rescheduling and Logistics of the Community Clean-Up Day in Lucerne

   Presenters: Supervisor Crandell; and Chair Schwenger.

   Public Comment: Charlie.

   The CeRTH announced that the event was rescheduled to June 15, 2024 from 9AM-1PM.

4. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Supervisor Crandell 

   Presenter: Supervisor Crandell.

   Public Comment: Shannon; Darnell; and Betsy.

   Supervisor Crandell provided updates regarding the following topics: roadmap task force; staffing of Sheriffs Office in Lucerne; EOC Training; Walker Ridge windmill project; meeting with Caltrans about flashing crosswalk beacons; Lucerne harbor dredging; Shoreline Area Plan; and the UC Davis algae reduction pilot project.

   Member Jon Karlsson motioned to approve. Vice Chair Austin Pratt seconded the motion.

6. Announcements

   CeRTH announced their intention to invite CHP to an upcoming meeting, as a result of Public Comment offered re dirtbikes/motorcycles riding inappropriately in Lucerne (no helmet, high speed, no lights, etc).
