   The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm by Vice Chair Austin Pratt.

   1. Approval of July 8, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes

   Lack of a quorum - item continued to October Meeting.

3. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Member Pratt Regarding Local Shoreline Area Plan Survey

   No action for lack of a quorum.

   Member Pratt gave an informational update regarding the Survey.

4. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Supervisor Crandell 

   Presenter: Supervisor Crandell.

   Supervisor Crandell provided updates regarding the Lucerne Harbor Project moving forward in late September/early October; recent rides with public works regarding road conditions and vegetation; new tobacco ordinance mandating no smoking near county buildings/parks; community oriented policing and targeted restoration 

5. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update Regarding the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center

   No action for lack of a quorum.

   Presenter: Charlie Behne.

   Charlie provided updates on Senior Center activities including thrift store and donation hours; guitar lessons; tai-chi lessons; senior center lunches; October 16th driving class; and September 28th Community Breakfast fundraiser.
