   The meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm by Chair Becky Schwenger.

   1. Approval of July 8, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes

      Member Jon Karlsson motioned to approve. Recorder Atlas Pearson seconded the motion.

   2. Approval of September 9, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes

3. Acceptance of an Update from Lars Ewing, Public Services Director, Regarding Lucerne Harbor Dredging 

   Presenter/s: Lars Ewing, Public Services Director.

   Lars provided an update on harbor dredging and informed attendees that the tentative start date is November 4, 2024. Duration is expected to be 2-3 weeks and the project is required to be completed by no later than December 31st per the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. County will also pay for both Tribal and archaeological monitors.

4. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of a Presentation from Linda Kelly Regarding Art Cottages and the Fall Craft Fair

   Presenter/s: Linda Kelly, Lake County Arts Council.

   The Fall Craft fair will be held on November 2, 2024, from 10AM to 2PM at ___________.

5. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update on October 2024 Clash for Trash (Community Clean Up Day in Lucerne)

   Presenter/s: Supervisor Crandell.

   Public Comment: Darnell; and 2 others (unnamed). 

   The next Clash for Trash event will be occurring on October 26th, 2024, from 9AM to 1PM at the Lucerne Castle (3700 Country Club Drive). The flyer will be posted on the CeRTH Facebook page for reference.

6. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update Regarding the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center

   Presenter/s: Charlie Behne.

   Public Comment: None.

   Charlie provided updates regarding: Senior Centers service as an evacuation center/warming center and the development of PSPS procedures; and issued a reminder that they are always accepting volunteers to assist in providing activities to seniors.

7. Discussion and Possible Action Including Acceptance of an Update from Supervisor Crandell

   Presenter/s: Supervisor Crandell.

   Public Comment: Thomas.

   Supervisor Crandell provided updates regarding: Potter Valley Project; Glenhaven Fire; and work plans from New Department Directors.

   Supervisor Crandell will follow up with CLERC regarding vegetation/brush clearing.
