District's Mission and Vision Statements

The item involved Board discussion on the development of a mission and vision statement for future consideration.  Introduction by President Rich McLaughlin regarding beginning the process of developing a District strategic plan.  Introduction of and discussion with Chief Forrest Craig, a retired Chief Fire Officer with extensive strategic planning knowledge and experience.
