PG&E notified IVCSD that our Microgrid Incentive Program (MIP) grant application was unsuccessful for the program's first round of funding. This contract would take much of the work already done for the MIP application and re-purpose it for a Department of Energy microgrid grant. The $20,000 fee will be covered in part by a $6,500 grant from the Dixie Fire Collaborative and a $6,500 grant from the North Valley Community Foundation. The remaining $7,000 can be covered utilizing a portion of the remainder of the $100,000 Sierra Institute grant. It is recommended that the Board approve this professional services contract with InfraCenters LLC.
