Approve Extension of Timeframe for Completion of Canby Area CSD Formation (File 2023-0002)

LAFCO approved the Canby Reorganization involving the dissolution of the Canby Fire Protection District and the Canby Community Services District and the formation of the Canby Area Community Services District 1 year ago.  According to the terms of the approval, all terms must be finalized within 1 year for a Certificate of Completion to be filed.  The proponents have asked for an extension to prevent the approval from lapsing.
