Board Visioning Workshop

Consultant/Facilitator Chief Forrest Craig will conduct a workshop with the Board as a segment of the Strategic Planning Process. Already completed was a meeting with the District's outside stakeholders and four meetings are planned with staff.  The goal is to create a Strategic Plan for the Fire District, which includes a new mission statement, values statement, evaluation of input from staff, Board and Outside Stakeholders, and development of strategic initiatives.
