Delegates authority to the Executive Director to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Friend of Boon for property management and outreach services along 16 miles of agency property between Ukiah and Willits in Mendocino County, CA, for a period of one year in an amount not to exceed $125,896, in a form approved by Counsel.
