Approval of Policy 314- Procurement

President Curtis will present new Policy 314 for procurement procedures.  The District is being strongly considering in it's FEMA grant application for diesel exhaust systems for several fire stations.  For this, future grant and other purchasing, it is necessary to have an updated compliant purchasing policy.
