Staff Use and Rental Terms for District-Owned Utility Trailer

Discussion and possible action regarding staff use of the District-owned utility trailer, including review and approval of a draft rental agreement, insurance and liability considerations, fair market rental rates, and conditions of use. The Board will consider authorizing limited private use of the trailer by employees under specific terms to ensure fairness, transparency, and protection of District assets.
