These failures posed an immediate threat to public health and safety, impacting water availability for both domestic use and fire suppression. Due to the emergency nature of the situation, Indian Valley Community Services District authorized Your H2O Pro to proceed with urgent repairs. The total project cost is $10,164.72.Staff requests the Board ratify this emergency repair contract pursuant to applicable emergency procurement provisions. Work included removal and replacement of the 3 HP well pump and associated materials at a depth of 350 feet, performed under prevailing wage requirements.
