Receive presentation and provide direction to staff regarding the proposed Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) application form. Discuss and consider adoption of the COA form for use in reviewing applications for work within the City’s designated historic landmark districts. Provide additional direction to staff as appropriate. Item may return after amendments to the governing ordinance.
