Approval of Loan Request Letter to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors

Staff has been working with the Sacramento County financial staff to craft a letter for presentation to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors for a loan.  The deadline for our official request is 8/15 and budget hearings for its inclusion in their budget start in early September.
