6.18.2025 Sacramento County Grand Jury Report - ON THE BRINK OF BANKRUPTCY: ISLETON’S FAILURE TO GOVERN

Council has requested revisions on the responses to findings 4, 6, and 7.  Staff is presenting the red-lined updates.  Finding 4 has two potential responses, as staff recommends a brief new insertion at this time to better mirror the wording in the county loan ask.
