2025-002 PSC Reimbursement Resolution

Board to reconsider Resolution No. 2025-002, which declares the District’s intent to reimburse certain costs related to the Indian Valley Public Safety Center through future tax-exempt financing. This resolution is a necessary IRS requirement to preserve the District’s ability to recover eligible pre-financing expenditures.The item was previously tabled at the May 28 and June 2 meetings; minutes from both are included for reference. Chairperson Wanda Carpenter will provide updated information.
