MSR Status and Workplan

In the Fall of 2023, the Commission provided direction regarding prioritization of the Municipal Service Reviews.  At present, the high priority MSRs have been completed and the LVCSD MSR is underway.  The Commission will review the MSR status and direct staff regarding next special districts to be prioritized.
