Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District (NSAQMD), Wood Stove Changeout Program: MOU Amendment 1

Council will review Amendment 1 to the MOU for consideration. This amendment modifies the term of the agreement, allows for a COLA increase (if applicable), and reflects the sum of funds available under the term.
