Staff will present report detailing history of this project and current status. GLCSD and GHD Engineering will present to the City Council concerning their request that the City participate in this project. GLCSD and GHD Engineering will also discuss GLCSD's Municipal Service Review with the City Council. City Council to consider participation in the project.
