A. Resolution #410 Credit Card User's and Limits. Amend the Resolution to show 3 previous employees removed. All other users and limits remain the same. Reference material: Policy 3030 Purchasing.B. Possible approval for GM Mullaney to access District Credit Card information from Plumas Bank/TIB.C. Update Checking Account Signature Cards effective December 6, 2025: Delete: Stephen Voboril, Susan Martinez and Royce Raker. Kimberly Green and Stephen Graffweg remain signers. No new additions at this time.
