Renew Federal Excess Personal Property (FEPP) Cooperative Agreement # 992231 & Resolution 2026-02-Authorizing Application for the Federal Excess Personal Property Program.

This is a renewal of an existing agreement to authorize the District to access Federal excess property.  This is a program administered by Cal Fire.  Currently we have two water tenders, two portable pumps and several pickup truck mounted skid units.  Approval by the Board gives us the opportunity to access equipment in the future. Resolution and program details are attached.
