Great Redwood Trail Agency

Staff will present a new appendix to the draft Master Plan for the Great Redwood Trail entitled "Appendix H - Environmental Protection and Compliance Review." Appendix H provides an overview of state and federal environmental regulations that may apply to trail segment development and describes the step-by-step review process GRTA will use when a Great Redwood Trail segment is ready for development. The process will ensure each segment aligns with the Master Plan, protects environmental and tribal cultural resources, and complies with state and federal laws.
